Kaaj Leads — Bank Statement Submission with eSign (MCA)

Same Bank Statement workflow with a confirmation modal and eSign before submit. The modal is provided by the SDK; colors are set on the partner side via theme in init(). Choose ISO → add files → Submit → sign in modal → confirm.
